2. User Agreement

• Deep Sleep Pass ($2.99): One-time payment, download any 3 audio tracks, permanent use
• Deep Sleep Monthly ($5.99/month): Monthly subscription, unlimited downloads and loop playback
• Deep Sleep Annual ($49.90/year): Annual subscription, save 30% compared to monthly

3.2 Payment and Billing

• All fees are priced in US dollars
• Supports international credit/debit card payments, based on Stripe payment system
• Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each billing cycle
• Annual subscriptions will automatically renew when the subscription expires
• After successful payment, you will immediately receive corresponding service permissions

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will remain in effect until the current billing cycle ends
• Subscription cancellation will not affect usage rights for already downloaded audio
• Deep Sleep Pass is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once purchased
• We do not provide partial month refund services
• In case of technical issues that prevent normal service use, we will handle refund requests at our discretion

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Copyright

• All audio content, images, text, and interface designs in this service are protected by copyright
• All content intellectual property belongs to WhiteNoises.shop or its licensors
• Users receive limited, non-exclusive usage licenses, not ownership

4.2 Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, disseminate, or display copyrighted content
• Use audio content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to public playback, commercial display
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract audio files
• Create derivative works or perform secondary editing

4.3 Fair Use

Users may:

• Play purchased audio content on personal devices
• Create personal backup copies (limited to purchased content only)
• Use privately in home environments
